At NotaryLoop (“TitleLoop”), we are committed to providing a seamless and secure payment experience for our clients. Please take a moment to review our Payment Fulfillment Policy:
Accepted Payment Methods
We partner with Stripe, a trusted payment processor, to handle all transactions. Stripe supports a variety of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as direct bank withdrawals.
Payment Processing & Confirmation
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe at the time of purchase.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your transaction.
- If you don’t receive a confirmation email, kindly check your spam or junk folder, or reach out to our support team.
Billing & Invoicing
- Invoices are generated for every transaction and can be accessed through your TitleLoop account by logging into https://www.titleloop.com.
Failed Payments & Account Access
- If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card details, or any other issue, you will be notified promptly.
- Please note that services may be suspended or restricted until the payment is successfully processed.
Security & Data Protection
- We prioritize your security and privacy. Your full payment details are never stored or accessible by us. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, which complies with industry-standard security protocols (PCI DSS).
Cancellation Policy
At TitleLoop, we understand that circumstances change. Whether you’re using our month-to-month subscription service or receiving billed transactions for services, we want to ensure clarity and transparency regarding cancellations. Please review our Cancellation Policy carefully:
Subscription Cancellations:
- Month-to-Month Subscriptions: Our subscription service is billed on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the month to avoid being billed for the following month.
- Cancellation Timing: To avoid the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received before the end of the current month.
- Non-Refundable: Payments made for the current month are non-refundable. If you cancel after your subscription has been billed for the month, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current month. There will be no pro-rated refunds for any unused days in the current month.
Transaction Cancellations and Billed in Arrears:
- Transactions Billed in Arrears: Any transactions that occur within a given month will be billed in arrears the following month. These transactions are non-refundable once processed.
- Cancellation of Services: If you wish to cancel or stop any services, please note that you will still be billed for any transactions that occurred in the previous month. Cancellations will apply to future services and prevent further charges from occurring in the upcoming months, but previously incurred charges are not eligible for a refund.
How to Cancel:
- You can cancel your month-to-month subscription by:
- Logging into your TitleLoop account and navigating to the Billing Section.
- Alternatively, you can email info@notaryloop.com or call our customer support team at 904-300-0104 to request cancellation.
- Your cancellation request will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.
Late or Last-Minute Cancellations:
- If you cancel your subscription after the billing period has started, you will still be billed for the full current month, and cancellation will prevent future charges from being applied.
Exceptions:
- Emergencies or Special Circumstances: If you are experiencing exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, unexpected financial difficulties), we encourage you to contact our support team. While all services are non-refundable, we may be able to work with you on specific cases.
- Changes in Service Availability: If TitleLoop is unable to provide services due to circumstances on our end, we will work with you to resolve any billing issues and potentially offer a pro-rated refund for that month.
Reactivation and Renewal:
- If you cancel your subscription and later wish to reactivate it, you can do so at any time. Re-activation is subject to the availability of the service and may be subject to any updated pricing or terms at the time of reactivation.
Communication of Cancellation Terms:
- We make sure you are informed of the cancellation policy before subscribing. Our terms of service and cancellation policy are clearly outlined during the sign-up process and can be accessed at any time through your TitleLoop account.
Updates to the Cancellation Policy:
- TitleLoop reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy. Any changes will be communicated to you via email and posted on our website with an updated revision date. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any significant changes.
